Where an account is suspended for investigation, the user will be notified where possible, and the account will be reviewed in a timely manner; funds will be held securely during this period and released if no breach is confirmed. Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team; any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account, subject to identity verification. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a permanent closure for the duration of the exclusion period; users who have self-excluded will not be permitted to re-register during that period. If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 2ph login may retain any bonus funds and associated winnings, and may recover losses caused by the breach from the available balance. Appeals relating to account suspension or closure may be submitted to our support team, and each case will be reviewed on its individual merits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the 2ph login platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding. Nothing in this clause shall limit 2ph login's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its rights or interests. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2ph login with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
